I cannot say enough about this team! I am a new patient to the practice and was very impressed at the professional and personable interactions with every staff member. I was well cared for by Dr. Dixit, Miss Saisha and Miss Samaria. They helped me with a plan to address my concerns as well as an in-office financial plan. Thank you Ladies !

I've had a pleasant experience across the board and every point-of-contact was a memorable one. I was greeted with a smile from Oriana and Samariah and the check-in process was smooth. Trust me, they set the tone.The x-ray tech, Saisha was calm and welcoming. She even asked about my wait time (I was the one who was 10 mins late). Dr. Edriss was my super hero today because she removed a tonsil stone that was stuck and has been bothering me for quite awhile. By the way, her bedside manner is consistent; she's a great listener and she's sharp! Silvana, you kept me calm and distracted from the sounds of the machines during the cleaning. Plus, my teeth feel amazing!! As long as I'm in Boston, I will continue to go to West Roxbury Modern Dentistry. Thank you so much!!!!!!

As someone with a horrible fear of dental work, this practice is PHENOMENAL! Dr. Dixit and her staff made me feel SO comfortable, especially being pregnant and not being able to have anything to relax me! She did a root canal that was painless and extremely fast! I did also have to come in for a different dental emergency and the office manager was extremely reasonable and caring and got me in with Dr. Edriss same day on a weekend without making me feel | was a burden. Dr. Edriss was also AMAZING. Extremely personable, welcoming, caring and happy staff which makes SUCH a difference! I highly recommend this practice.
